My initial introduction to this great company was with Bob who did my quote for me. Bob is not only extremely helpful and knowledgeable, but he is friendly and very easy to talk to. They were able to schedule me when I needed, which was right away. The installers were the bonus here. Jacob is a highly trained and skilled professional. I am positive this company sees the value in their best employees as they have been there a long time and speak very highly of it themselves. Thank you Bob, Jacob and team for doing such a great job. We will never use another company!!

It hit 27° and of course our heat went out leaving us in a 55° and dropping house. I called D. McKeon because they had 5 stars (which we now know why) and were really close to us in Kennesaw. They were able to get to us within an hour and the technician who came out was quick and informative. He talked us through everything he found gave us helpful suggestions and had the heat back on in a matter of maybe 30 min. After he left my husband said that they would be the people we use from now on. (You don't know my husband but he is VERY hard to impress!) So this was very high praise. We both felt more knowledgeable and informed about our unit and what direction to take in the future. Thank you so much D. Mckeon!

Very courteous and accommodating when scheduling appointments. Service is top notch, thorough and on time. Service provided by Preston is fantastic. No question is too basic as he takes the time to answer questions and point out options. We use them for annual furnace and air conditioning checks as well as ac repair about a year ago. Excellent and I’m sure you’ll be happy if you go with them.

After a horrible experience with Reliable Heating and Air (which left us without air conditioning for 5 days during 90° weather) we called D McKeon and had a new unit in less than 24 hours. The customer service provided by Crystal was helpful, calming and knowledgable. Kevin and Bob were amazing in getting the new unit installed right away. Pricing was also a noticeable amount lower than Reliable and we weren't pressured into replacing a working furnace. It's been about a month since our new unit was installed and I'm still so grateful for the care they provided. We are now lifetime customers of McKeon.

We had used this company several times for repairs so it was a "no brainer" when we were looking for regular service. Always available without upping prices when last minute disasters hit and work with you for earliest possible service date. The fact that they are "just around the corner" helps as well.

Been using D. McKeon Heating and AC Service for nearly 30 years. Not once have I had a problem. Service is always complete and all questions are answered. All of the staff at D. McKeon have been very helpful, professional and knowledgeable from the customer service representative, to the service tech and the installation crew. We have had our new heating and AC system for 1 year now and we are very pleased with the results and comfort of the system. We were skeptical about paying the extra money for the upgraded system but, it has made a tremendous difference! With the humidity control system, you would never know that we are in the “dog days of summer” from inside our house. If anyone is riding the fence on whether or not to buy the Bryant Evolution System , it is worth it!

I own a daycare center in Kennesaw, and can not say enough good things about D. McKeon's team. I have 5 units, and over the years I believe that I have had every service tech they have out to my center, and I have met all of the ladies in the office as well stopping by to make payments and different things. Every single person that I have met from there has been consistently helpful, informative and polite. Their prices have always been fair, and everyone from the top down has given honest advice and even steered me away from services that they offer and could have tacked on, that were not necessary. They have been really great with scheduling too, since we are a childcare facility. Again, I can not rate this company and their people highly enough. Even when I mentioned them at the parts store, the guys there have nothing but nice things to say about them. A good name is one of the hardest things in the world to keep and the easiest to lose, and they are doing a great job keeping their name in good standing.

I would recommend this company highly. I called because our furnace went out and within 3 hours they were there to diagnose the problem. I needed a new furnace (mine was over 30 years old) and they installed a new furnace the next day. Excellent service and would highly recommend you to choose them as your heating and air service people.

Our 28-year-old furnace finally gave up the ghost last week, and we were amazed by the quick work that D. McKeon made of the new furnace installation. I called them at about 2 p.m. on Thursday and they had a technician at my house checking the old unit by 3:30, and installed the new Bryant furnace the first thing Friday morning. Now THAT'S what I call service!

Excellent company that gives personalized care. They go above and beyond when you have an issue rather than run like some companies. We bought 2 units from them and had unfortunate issue with install of one causing leak and damage. Bob and staff went beyond to get everything back to normal as fast as possible. Mr. Mckeon even came to our home himself for initial consult and was incredibly nice and attentive. To top it off, when they learned we were Cubs fans, they went out of their way to get us great seats to the CUBS vs BRAVES game! Special thanks to Mr. Mckeon and Bob for these tickets!! It made a great family memory for us!. The entire staff makes you feel like family!
