9During a service call to replace an old, leaking pump for my AC, Preston saw that my heater pipe had rust, cracks and holes, and was leaking carbon monoxide into my garage and house, so he immediately turned off the heat and came back and fixed this new problem! This is an awesome company with such nice people who know what they’re doing! Thank you so much!

12I have worked with D. McKeon heating and Air for several years. There service and repair has been great! Love working with a smaller company that is family owned and have long term employees. I had my upstairs unit replaced last fall along with the addition of a new wall heating and A/C unit for our newly renovated porch converting it to a true 4 seasons room. The unit is a heat pump style system with both heating and cooling. The system is self regulating between heating and cooling that works well with the changing temperatures of this sun filled room. Plenty of cooling in the summer and great heating so far this winter. Even helps with the temperature leveling with the attached family room. All with very little impact on our electric bill. A great addition to our home Bob was very knowledgeable about our needs and helped us pick the perfect system.

Preston has been to our house on more than one occasion to assist us with our units. Every single time we get nothing but impeccable, professional service. They have been my heating and cooling company for several years. I had an upstairs unit replaced last year along with adding a wall heat pump unit for my newly renovated porch. It kept the space very cool in the summer and has worked flawlessly so far this winter making this room a true 4 seasons room. It is very quiet and efficient and increased the comfort of the attached family room with very little expense added to our monthly electric bill.

Preston came out assessed the problem and informed me of what was needed to repair including estimated cost. I had to wait for insurance claim approval. When I got the approval I called McKeon back and Preston came out the next day and installed new parts. My home is warm again thanks to McKeon. Great job guys.

Extremely professional. Preston was on time, got to work immediately, and when he was done looking at the system he explained to me how the unit failed, why it failed, and what he'd be doing to fix it. Highly recommend!

We had another company doing service on our HVAC system.. They claimed we had cracked exchanger (12 year old system they installed) offered to fix heat exchanger for 2400.00 but did not ever find resason for furnace not working. Offered us new system for 13k. Called McKeon and Bob came out showed us couple of options. Very professional and two days later we had new furnace with very little disruption and for a fair price.. They now have a new customer as we signed up for maintenance..

Installation crew arrived promptly, were very professional and did an excellent job installing the compressor, then made sure it was operating properly before they left the jobsite.I have always been very pleased with the service and routine maintenance service by McKeon Heating & Air. When our upstairs 23 year old unit stopped working on a Sunday, a quick call to D. McKeon had Service Manager Bob Best out within the hour. He was able to show me how to get the unit to limp along for a few days while we looked at replacement units. The next morning the I had a list of options and pricing from Bob and had a firm order in by the end of the day. Carlos and his crew had our new unit installed by the end of the week and we weren't even in town. We came home ten days later to a cool clean comfortable house, and now I can control our system from my phone.We have been happy customers of Dennis and Laurie for over thirty years. Everyone is helpful, courteous, and efficient from Shannon in the office to the tech's Preston and Billy. From emergency service to annual maintenance, we trust D. McKeon and you can too. Mark R. Preston is very professional and gives great advice. Let me know what I needed and what wasn’t really a concern. Showed me proof on a meter that the part was bad which is great business practice (I would have believed him anyway). Normally I’m not home when he gets here, glad I was today, I learned a few things from him. My a/c was installed by them before I bought the house, glad I stuck with them.

We have been clients of D. McKeon for many years. Ever since did our first furnace replacement with them and saved money long term by installing a unit with lower BTU and a 2 stage Blower. We have been in our home for 43 years,, upgraded both of our systems twice and redone our upstairs duct work. Moved upstairs thermostat and rebalanced distribution for our comfort. All this work has been with D. McKeon. Preston has been our primary technician and we look forward to his semiannual visit to keep everything working as it should. All of our systems have had a long service life. I can only remember 2 breakdowns and D. Mckeon moved heaven and earth to locate parts and get us back online quickly.

The technician (Billy) arrived as scheduled and he provided a thorough and professional summary of the tasks performed when completed. He also replaced my Furnace Filter which was a pleasant surprise. Overall very pleased with the service.

Excellent local company: professional, prompt, responsive, and courteous. Previous HVAC companies had failed to fix our six year old Carrier heatpump's ongoing refrigerant leak and only added refrigerant at each repair call. We changed to McKeon for maintenance service when we accidentally entered their office while visiting a nearby business: McKeon's office staff impressed us with their genuine courtesy and professional demeanor. When McKeon's tech Preston came out for our spring maintenance check, he took time to explain what the leak might be and then located it in a kinked copper pipe. The following week Billy repaired the pipe and restarted the system, which now works well. Preston and Billy's competence and careful attention to detail fixed an issue that previous repair companies had skipped over. We would (and already have) recommended McKeon to anyone needing home HVAC maintenance or repair.

We recently had our AC/Heating system replaced by your company. Bob Best did the presentation and signed us up for the installation. He did an excellent presentation, explaining the heating and the cooling systems, and offered a diverse range of system types and options, with a variety of prices. He also went over the financing options for the different systems. He did an excellent job throughout the installation and answered all of our questions. The crew that did the work was also very good. They were at our home on time, were courteous, cleaned up and did a proper installation. We requested some duct modifications be made after the installation and Bob and the crew came back and did a great job.We highly recommend Bob and your company to anyone looking to replace their AC/Heating systems. Over the years, this is the fourth time we have had the system replaced and Bob has been the best in every way. He is very knowledgeable about the systems, has hands on experience, which is invaluable and treated us like family. He was not just another salesman selling the product. He has been there for us.
